Why Is There Fluoride in Drinking Water?

Our bodies are 80% water, making adequate water consumption throughout each day important. When not enough water is consumed, we get dry mouths, headaches, muscle cramps, brain fog, nausea, and fatigue. When we don't drink enough water when it is hot or during exercise, there is a risk of potentially deadly heatstroke.
